How to create an account/profile at BuyPAA.com?
Ans: You need one email Id to register/signup with us. Simply go to signup/registration section and fill required details like your Name, email, etc. and submit form.

How Do I Place My Order?
Ans:
To place your order, follow these steps
- Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size.
- Once you’re done, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
- After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
- From there, you can either log in to your existing BuyPAA`s account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one.
- Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Complete Order’.
How can I pay for my order?
Ans: You can make the payments by below mentioned options:
- a) Credit Card
- b) Debit Card
- c) Net Banking
- d) UPI
- e) Cash on Delivery

What is delivery time period?
Ans: Orders in India, once shipped, are generally delivered in 7 business day, pan India and 2-3 days in metros. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (Public holiday, extreme weather conditions, etc.)
Can i cancel my order?
Ans: You can cancel an order within 24 hours until it is under packed status on “Track my Order”. As soon as the order is cancelled, we refund the amount paid for the order into the same Payment mode.
Can i return my bought products?
Ans: Our returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased for the reasons, look details under our "return policies".
Can I Get Refund of My Purchased Items?
Ans: Items purchased from BuyPAA are eligible for refund (See refund policy page) if returned within 7 days of delivery.

For Prepaid Orders - The full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.)
Cash On Delivery: A refund will be initiated to the bank account that is provided by you at the time of raising a return.
Yes, we take bulk orders. Please select the Bulk orders option given on footer with your company details, contact number, email id, Product details and quantity. You can email us all the details at info@buypaa.com
Once your registration process is complete, you will automatically receive marketing emails and SMS's etc. We request you to unsubscribe it if you do not want to receive such messages or emails.
Once your order is placed, you can create fresh order to buy more products.
Our courier partner will try to attempt 3 times. You can inform the courier partner to come and deliver it at your convenient time.
You will have a tracking Number from currier partners after successful order to track your bought products.
Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area PINCODE is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

BuyPAA provides FREE shipping for all the Prepaid orders. Nominal cash handling charge is payable only for COD orders.
There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any of our products- what you see is what you pay.
If the COD option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).
