1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
1.2. Condition of Products:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for returns.
1.3. Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made or personalized products,
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
2. Process for Returns
2.1. Initiating a Return:
Contact our customer service team at support@buypaa.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
2.2. Return Approval:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
2.3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
2.4. Inspection:
After we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. This process may take up to 5 business days.
3. Refunds
3.1. Eligibility: Refunds will be issued only for products that meet the return criteria.
3.2. Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
If payment was made via COD, refunds will be issued as bank transfer (details to be provided by the customer).
3.3. Processing Time:
Refunds will be Credited to the original payment methoid within 5-7 business days after the return is inspected and approved.
3.4. Deductions:
Shipping charges and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
4.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.
4.2. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable, at no additional cost to you.
4.3. If product is approved for a replacement it will be replaced within 7 – 10 working days
5. Exchanges
5.1. Exchanges are subject to product availability and are only applicable for size or color variations (where applicable).
5.2. To initiate an exchange, follow the same process as returns and specify the required exchange item within 7 days from date of delivery, if approved exchanged item will be delivered within 5 – 7 working days
6. Cancellations
6.1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if the product has not yet been shipped.
6.2. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery.
