CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

7-DAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Items purchased from BuyPAA.com are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation

The cancellation request for your order can be done within 24 hours of placing the order.

Exchanges: 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, go to your order section and cancel it and also contact on support number or email.

We accept exchanges free of cost. This means you won`t be charged extra to exchange the product(s). It’s on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.

In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it’s less, the same can be refunded to you.

NOTE: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Return and Refund

  • You can initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery/as per the product description details. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please see, return policy of items during buying, mentioned in description/details .

  • In case the customer receives defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.
  • If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges upto ₹100 are 100% refundable if customer receives defective/wrong product(s).

Note: It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before shipping the package or handling it to our courier partner.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 7 -10 working days.

For cash on delivery orders refund can either be processed in the wallet instantaneously or will be processed through NEFT to the bank account given by you within 3-5 working days.

Note: If you’ve placed a prepaid order using a Coupon, the Value of the Coupon Code will be refunded through a Coupon and the remaining amount will be paid through your original payment mode.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@buypaa.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Things to be Considered

  • The customers are requested to check the size guide or products/items details before placing the order.
  • The color of the product(s) may vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.
  • Please provide your WhatsApp registered number for timely updates and a better shopping experience.
  • If the customer receives a torn parcel/unrelated product(s)/empty parcel, they are requested to raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. For a safer side, we suggest our customers to create an unboxing video of the parcel too.
